The Report

We believe you are the expert for your child. So, we work as a team with you and the teachers in order to develop a comprehensive picture of your child’s strengths and weaknesses. As a parent, you will be asked to fill in several questionnaires and provide 3 teacher email addresses to send further questionnaires (unless parents request not to involve the school).

Our team of clinicians will consolidate all of the information and assessment findings into a detailed report so that you have an in-depth understanding of your child’s abilities and a step by step process to support your child at home and school.

All information about the assessment belongs to the family. It is your decision as to who you share the findings with. We can also provide reports with the diagnosis omitted while also highlighting issues and interventions.
